Dr. Brooks is absolutely awesome. I am a nurse practitioner in acute care and as a fellow healthcare provider, I must say that his bedside manner is impeccable. I typically hate going to the dentist as I am very sensitive, but he is very gentle, yet very thorough. He did an excellent cleaning, removed a permanent retainer that I had in place from when I had braces years ago without any associated discomfort. I then returned and he did an EXCELLENT job with my teeth whitening (see pics-I wish I had before pics because when I say a dramatic difference by the end of the treatment, I mean a dramatic difference) AND he protected my gums and I did not experience any gum irritation/swelling/discomfort during or after the treatment like I had years ago with other providers or my own attempts with home whitening. I have been in Charlotte for 6 years and I will definitely continue to return for all my dental care needs. I give them 10 STARS!
